2. Fashionably Late – 1/4 oz St-G, 1/2 oz Chartreuse Jaune, 1 dash Celery bitters, top with dry Prosecco and Lemon peel
3.  Yamazaki 12 Year on a rock
4.  A glass of Champagne/Prosecco with a Lemon peel
5.  Punch
